TreaSolution, Inc. was founded in 2003 by Dan Carmody as a treasury consulting company, helping organizations strengthen their cash, treasury, and financial management functions. Teaching grew alongside that work, and Dan built the Treasury Boot Camp, an online treasury training course.
In 2018, TreaSolution launched its events. Doing business as Converge Events, the company now produces conversation-first summits for banks, credit unions, and financial institutions.
Today TreaSolution focuses on Converge Events and the Treasury Boot Camp. Both share the same idea: people learn the most from experienced practitioners speaking plainly.

Founder / Producer
Daniel J. Carmody, CTP, has spent his career in treasury and financial management. Before founding TreaSolution, he held treasury roles at Arthur Andersen, Equity Office Properties, and AON. He earned his Certified Treasury Professional certification (formerly the CCM) in 1998 and has taught the Certified Treasury Professional class at Northwestern University.
Dan has delivered more than 150 presentations and has been quoted in the Wall Street Journal, Chicago Tribune, AFP Exchange Magazine, Business Finance Magazine, CFO Magazine, Financial Executive Magazine, Financial Week, and Treasury and Risk Management Magazine.
Today Dan produces every Converge Events summit and teaches the Treasury Boot Camp.
